職務要件
【仕事内容】
自動車向け電子接続部品の顧客対応。
・ 顧客からの不具合情報を受領し、国内工場、海外工場へ情報展開をして原因調査と対策を実施する。
・ 顧客の要求を認識し、社内に展開し、顧客要求を満足する。
・ 品質問題が発生した国内工場、海外工場に出張し、現地エンジニアと改善活動を推進する。
・ 品質方針、品質目標に従った、改善活動の推進。
職責・資格
【応募資格】
・ 学歴:大学(高専)卒以上
・ 専攻:問いません
・ 語学:日本語 - 母国語レベル(ビジネス・技術対話および資料作成が可能なこと)
英語 - TOEIC00点(希望であり、必須ではありません)
※取引先を含む海外拠点と、日常的にメール・電話による技術対話、情報交換と会議の機会があります。
中国語 - 中国工場との情報交換にて会話出来れば尚望ましい。必須条件ではありません。
・ PCスキル(Microsoft Office〔EXCEL、Word、Power Point〕必須)
【業務経験】

・ 品質保証業務として3年程度の実務経験
・ 社内関係部門を巻き込み、協調性をもって積極的に品質対応ができる方 (明るさ、活発さ、粘り強さ、協調性)
・ 常に問題意識を持ち、その解決のための努力を惜しまない姿勢を持っている方
・ 社内外との折衝/交渉やコミュニケーションに自信のある方

・自動車業界の品質保証部門での経験がある方歓迎致します。
・QC検定資格を持っている方歓迎致します。
