愛知県内にて、完全ルート営業、及び配達の業務。

関係のある顧客のみに提案活動を行うため、

目の前のお客様としっかり向き合えます。

お客様のご要望に正確に対応ができれば大丈夫です。

【下記いずれか必須条件】

  • 同業種での営業経験者
  • 専門商社・卸売りの営業勤務経験

(勤務年数目安:3~5年)

  • ゴム製品のお仕事に携わったことがある方
  • マネジメント・管理職経験のある方歓迎

*大卒以上

*営業経験者活躍中

*普通自動車免許(AT限定可)

役職ある方は40代が中心です。

営業経験・メーカーでの勤務経験など

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

勤務時間 8:45~17:45

休憩時間 1時間

  • 残業月20h未満で自分のペースで勤務できます

<勤務時間・休日・残業について>

土日祝日はお休みのため、ご家庭・プライベートとの両立もしやすい環境です。

夏季休暇・冬季休暇の長期休みはもちろん、有給休暇(年間10日間)の制度も完備。

月の残業時間も20時間未満のため、ワークライフバランスを重視しながら

長期的にムリなく働くことが可能です

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 27万円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり3万円 〜 3万5000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり10時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

今回は、ルート営業・配送職(正社員)の募集です。既に取引のある顧客への提案活動を行います。

新規営業(飛び込み)やノルマなどはございませんので、未経験の方でもご安心くださいね。

まずは、商品とお客様の名前を覚えていただく所から

訪問を重ねていく内に、お客様との信頼関係が構築されていきますよ

「さん、この商品をよろしくね」といった要望に対して、丁寧に対応ができれば一人前です。
