Job Description:
Role Summary
We are seeking a passionate and driven Culture & Engagement Program Manager to lead our disability inclusion initiative in Japan — SEED. This program is designed to support the employment and development of people with disabilities, in alignment with Japan's legal requirements. This role will lead the end-to-end program management and serve as the central point of contact for all SEED-related activities including strategic planning, recruitment, member development, and stakeholder engagement.
In addition to managing the SEED program, this role will also contribute to broader C&E global initiatives which requires working flexible hour as needed. This is a high-impact role requiring a strong combination of empathy, operational excellence, and cross-functional leadership.
What is the SEED Center Program?

- We provide a full support system for employees with disabilities. This goes beyond just equipment and facilities. Based on feedback from the TMs themselves, we create a company-wide support network with help from industrial physicians, general affairs, facilities, and HR teams.
- We support each person based on their individual needs. In addition to tools and systems, we focus on building the best possible work environment and helping each TM grow in their career.
