総務グループのメンバーとして、会社全体を支えるバックオフィス業務全般をお任せいたします。
- 具体的な業務内容
※希望キャリアや、スキル・特性に合わせて以下の業務をお任せいたします。
・オフィス環境の維持改善(備品購入、設備管理、清掃など)
・社員の入退社に関わる手続き業務
・社内規程・契約書管理のサポート
・社内イベント運営補助
・請求書処理・データ入力などの日常オペレーション
・生成AIを活用した総務業務の効率化
・社内問い合わせ対応および業務フローの改善

[必須スキル]
・総務または人事での実務経験 2年以上
・ドキュメント作成等の基本的なPCスキル(Word、Excelなど)
・Google Workspacおよび Slack を日常的に活用した経験
・生成AIツール(Gemini、ChatGPTなど)を使うことに抵抗がないこと
[歓迎スキル]
・SaaS等のIT技術やツール(SlackやNotion)の知識
・Excel関数(SUM, IF, VLOOKUPなど)の知識
・社内での調整力やコミュニケーション力
・スタートアップ or メガベンチャーの総務・人事・労務アシスタント
・IT業界でバックオフィスを経験

コアタイム:11:00 ~ 15:00
標準労働時間:1日あたり8時間
- 1日の標準労働時間:8時間
- コアタイム:11:00~15:00
- コアタイム(11:00~15:00)の時間帯は原則、オフィスでの勤務となります。ただし、コアタイム以外の時間帯での在宅・リモート勤務が可能です。
給与
年収 円 ~ 円
月給 330000円 ~ 375000円
※試用期間は3ヶ月で、条件に変更はありません。
※残業代は別途支給です。
