お任せする仕事内容

スタンド全体の運営・売上管理

スタッフの育成・シフト管理

接客対応(給油・整備案内・車検受付など)

サービス・キャンペーン企画の推進

07:00~22:00

450万円~500万円

<給与補足>

※上記月給は諸手当を含む金額となります。

■昇給:年1回(4月)

■賞与:年2回(6月・12月)※過去実績2.8ヶ月分/回

■決算賞与あり(2月)※業績による。3年連続支給実績あり

■インセンティブあり(整備・点検を自身の声掛けで獲得した際)

賃金はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。

月給(月額)は固定手当を含めた表記です。
