【仕事内容】

以下のいずれかの社内システムの開発、運用保守を、チームリーダー候補としてリードいただきます。

<社内システム例>

・売買事業部の営業支援システム

・賃貸事業部の賃貸管理支援システム

・不動産クラウドファンディングアプリ

など

<具体的な業務>

社内の各部署と連携しながら要件整理をしたうえ、開発メンバーをマネジメントしながら開発の工程を推進、質の高いシステムをスピード感もってリリースしていただきます。

700万円~1100万円

10:00~19:00

GW(5日)、夏季休暇(7日)、年末年始(8日)、有給休暇(6ヶ月後に10日付与)、産前産後、育児休暇、慶弔休暇

※産休育休中は原則、出産手当金(標準報酬日額の3分の2に相当額)と育児休業給付金(月給の50~67%)が支給されます。
