Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Presales Manager role based in Tokyo. The Presales Manager will actively collaborate with the sales and technical teams to analyze client needs, present tailored solutions, and support the sales process with expert consultation. Key responsibilities include creating and delivering compelling presentations, working on proposal and bid preparation, and ensuring seamless integration of solutions. The role will also involve fostering client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing projects to ensure success.
Qualifications
- Experience in Consulting, Sales, and Presales to understand client needs, propose solutions, and support the sales cycle effectively
- Skills in Project Management to oversee solution implementation and ensure successful project delivery
- Understanding of Integration processes to ensure seamless alignment of solutions with clients' existing systems
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and maintain effective collaboration
- Proficiency in Japanese and English to operate effectively in a bilingual environment
- Experience in IT, BFSI, or FinTech industries is a plus
