「海外関連業務【海外駐在のキャリアパス有】」のポジションの求人です
農林中央金庫では、投融資拡大および優良資産の獲得を通じた金利・景気変動耐性を有する貸出ポートフォリオの構築を進めています。その中で、海外拠点体制の整備を徐々に進めつつ、海外における融資残高を伸ばしています。今後より一層海外ビジネスの拡大を計画しており、グローバルな体制拡充と残高伸長を進めていきます。
海外拠点における貸出関連業務や外貨関連プロダクトの企画・推進に関心があり、当該業務に挑戦意欲のある方を求めています。
【具体的な業務内容】
海外関連人材として、以下の業務を担っていただきます。
■法人営業のリレーションシップマネージャー(RM)として、国内外の上場企業を中心とした大企業およびその子会社向けに様々な金融サービスを提供
■事業法人への成長支援として、顧客の経営課題・ニーズへ共に対峙し、グループ会社・他の事業本部とも連携した金融面に留まらないリサーチ&ソリューション機能を提供
■メガバンクや大手外銀とのリレーションを活かした、外貨関連プロダクトの企画・推進
■海外拠点に赴任した場合は、ナショナルスタッフのマネジメント

【キャリアパス】

・その後は、本人希望や適性を踏まえつつ、海外拠点も含めた海外関連法人営業業務の周辺領域でキャリアを重ねていただくことを想定しております。具体的には、海外拠点における日系・非日系企業向けRMや法人営業の海外企画部門(営業企画部、グローバルバンキング部)において外貨貸出の推進および外貨関連プロダクトの企画・推進業務等を予定しています。
・なお、将来に向けて法人営業業務における専門性を総合的に高める観点から、法人営業業務とは直接的に関係しない業務において経験を…

【必須要件】
・金融機関における中堅~大企業法人RM経験3年以上
【歓迎要件】
・プロジェクトファイナンス、ストラクチャードファイナンス等の経験
【給与】
年収 600 ~ 1100 万円
※年収は、ご経験・前職年収などを勘案した上で、決定します。
※家賃補助等諸手当や残業代は別途支給されます。
