    1)職務内容

    世界最大級のテレビショッピングチャンネルを展開している当社にて、WEB広告 オペレーションアシスタントとして、新規顧客獲得・オンラインセールス増加を目的としたWEB広告運用チームにて各チャネルの運用サポート(数値解析・入稿・運用など)を担当し、QVCデジタルストアビジネスの成長に取り組んで頂きます。

    【具体的には】

    ・各チャネル担当と連携したWEB広告関連業務/インサイトやアクションの抽出

    ・WEB解析ツールを用いた数値解析など

    ・リスティング広告、ショッピング広告、ディスプレイ広告/DSP、ソーシャル広告を活用した戦略立案、運用サポート

    ・ランディングページの制作と改善

    ・各種WEB解析ツール(Adobe Analyticsなど)を用いた数値解析など

    ・各部署・チームとの施策連携

    ・各媒体社との運用改善連携、各種媒体アップデートの情報収集

    2)応募資格

    【必須経験】

    ・事業会社もしくは代理店でオンライン広告分析業務に携わった経験 2-3年

    または、数字を基に分析してマーケティング施策改善に繋げた経験 2-3年

    ・Excel (グラフ作成や計算式を使うことができるレベル) / Powerpoint

    【歓迎する経験やスキル】

    ・チームやビジネスのニーズに対して大局を理解し柔軟にサポートする協調性

    ・明確なKPIや戦略の下、チームと連携して自己啓発していく積極性

    ・英語力

    ・ロジカル思考力

    ・月額1,000万円以上の広告運用経験

    ・高度なPDCAサイクルを細かく回す業務経験

    ・SQLを使用した分析経験

    ・マス広告、OOH等のオフライン広告を含めたマーケティング戦略立案、施策実施

    ・SEO対策の経験

    3) 選考プロセス

    4)待遇

    ◆雇用形態:正社員(試用期間6ヶ月、期間中の勤務条件変更無し)

    ◆その他:インセンティブボーナス(業績に応じて年1回支給)、昇給(業績に応じて年1回支給)、時間外手当、

    ◆勤務条件

    ・フレックスタイム制 (コアタイムなし/始業時刻午前5時 終業時刻午後10時/1ヶ月の所定労働時間:月の平日日数×8時間)

    ・在宅勤務制度(週2回出社)
