Central Operations On Road Managementチームの一員として、配送に関わるプロセスをネットワークレベルで集約化、効率化、標準化し、あらゆる問題の根本原因を排除し、改善する役割を担っていただきます。この役割は、プロジェクトを通じて、様々な関係者部署と連携し、顧客エクスペリエンスとビジネス継続性に影響を与える潜在的な問題を解決します。また、他部署からの問い合わせに対して迅速に対応し、様々な課題をタイムリーに解決します。要件を理解し、データを分析し、傾向に気づき、時間通りに妥協することなく顧客エクスペリエンスを推進する必要があります。

Amazonの物流管理システム上で、各物量拠点から出発した配達員の配達遅延リスクを検知し、物流拠点への報告や配達員にメッセージ配信を行います。例えば、同じ地点での長時間異常停止、物流拠点を出発した配達員が長時間未配達、残時間に対して未配達荷物過多、悪天候による災害リスクなどを検知します。
お客様へのお届け日時通りに荷物をお届けするために、物流拠点と連携し、遅延した配達員に対して救援要員を手配します。Amazonのシステムを使用して物流拠点とのチャット、配達員へのメッセージ配信や電話でやりとりをします。電話でのやりとりは、マニュアルに基づいた文言で、配達員に救援要員の案内をします(クレーム対応ではない)。リスク検知件数などのデータ入力や配達に関連する問題を既定フォーマットに沿って報告します。

On Road Driver Assistantは、Amazonの物流インフラを支え、お客様に迅速かつ確実に荷物をお届けするためには欠かせない重要な仕事です。なお、本職種はパソコンを使用して、遠隔で現場をサポートするデスク・ワークです。(使用ツール:Amazonの物流管理システム、Microsoft Outlook、Word、Excel、チャット、電話など)入社された際は、4週間の研修期間を設けており、確実に業務ができるようサポートします。在宅勤務及びオフィス出勤が必要となります。

【勤務時間】
週40時間(1ヶ月単位の変形労働時間制によるシフト勤務)
※シフトは土日祝日含む(固定シフトは不可)
※公休・有給休暇の希望日提出は可能であるが、シフトの最終判断はマネジメントが決定権を持つ

【勤務形態】
勤務はシフト制です。勤務時間は下記の通り:
1. 日勤専門ポジション:8:00-17:00、10:00-19:00、13:00-22:00
※ただし、チームで求められる業務やプロジェクトに応じて夜勤シフトが導入される可能性がございます。

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 10か月以上の社会人経験

- 基本的なPCスキル(Excel関数、グラフ)

【給与情報】 月額基本給 306,000円以上(年俸を12分割支給)
※時間外労働手当、深夜勤務手当、法定休日勤務手当分は労働時間に応じて支給される。
