Description
- Located in various cities in Kanagawa, Tokyo, Chiba. - Amazon Robotics implemented in Fulfillment Centers (FCs) for automated inventory movement. - Central Flow Operations Team ensures stable operations for customer service. - Process Assistant to remote control operations and oversee production plans' execution.Responsibilities
- Operation Control (65%) - Monitor order processing and packing operations remotely with Amazon's tools. - Standardize and simplify operation methods across FCs. - Operation Process/Mechanism Development (35%) - Establish mechanisms for stable operations and continuous improvement. - Emphasize problem-solving and proactive action. - Shift work including weekends and night shifts.Requirements
- Business-level Japanese proficiency. - Basic computer skills.Preferred Qualifications
- Customer-centric mindset. - Ability to work collaboratively and propose solutions. - Proactive in identifying and addressing challenges. - Willingness to learn and contribute to an inclusive culture.Skills & Experience
- Experience in managing flow of resources in manufacturing/logistics. - Practical experience with methodologies like 5S, QC Circle, Six Sigma. - Production management experience. - Proficiency in PC skills, macros, or programming. - Statistical analysis and forecasting experience. - Track record of operational improvements. - Ability to manage tasks efficiently.Compensation
- Monthly salary starting from 300,000 yen. - Overtime, late-night work, and holiday allowances provided based on hours worked. - Salary details determined post-interview.Please Note
