【仕事内容】

医療に関するお電話でのお問い合わせ対応業務 例)医療機器や製薬メーカーからの問い合わせ ホームページに薬を登録したい 例)一般の方からの問い合わせ 使用している医療機器の操作方法を教えてほしい等 約15~20件/日 就業時間 ・8:3021:00の中で実働8時間勤務(固定不可) A:8:3017:30 、B:9:0018:00(最多)、C:10:0019:00、D:11:0020:00、E:12:0021:00 ※Bが週に34日程度 ※研修期間中は平日9:0018:00 ・希望休は月に3日程度 ・年末年始は2日間程度の出勤あり ・連休取得も時期によっては相談可能 研修 座学とロールプレイングで計2か月予定
