衣料品売場の売上にいかに貢献できるかを日々追求しています。

新しい仲間を増員募集します。

あなたの提案が、お店の売上だけでなく、

"お客様の喜び"や"地域の笑顔"をつくります。

———— 仕事内容————

ホームセンターやドラッグストアを中心に、

その地域の特性、商圏人口などのデータと

長年蓄積されてきた売上データを基に、

それぞれのお店にフィットした最適な

衣料品売場の提案を行っていただきます。

お客様への提案のタイミングは大きく2種類あります。

①新店の出店や改装の際

②売上状況、商品の好不調に応じて

売場を知っているあなただからこそできる

自由なアプローチを期待しています

また、売場を提案して終わりではもちろんございません。

売上状況を確認し、商品の入れ替えを随時提案することがあります。

商談は主に企業本部とのやり取りが中心。

あなたの提案が全国の店舗に反映される、

スケールの大きな仕事です

自らの行動が数字となって表れやすいため、

非常にやりがいを感じられます。

入社後は、未経験の方でも着実に成長いただけるよう、

一人ひとりのペースに合わせた研修をご用意しています。

まずはビジネス全般に関する

中途入社社員向けの研修からスタートします。

必要な基礎知識をしっかり学べる内容です。

その後は、先輩社員とのOJTが中心です。

現場同行を通して、商談の流れや提案の進め方を

実際の場面を見ながら身につけていけます。

質問しやすい雰囲気が根づいているため、

分からないことはすぐに相談できる安心感があります。

また、採用担当や上司との定期面談など

フォロー体制も万全です。

キャッチアップの状況を見ながら、

一つひとつステップを踏んで成長できます。

独り立ちのタイミングは、

あなたの習得度合いに応じて決めていきます。

もちろん独り立ち後も、

案件に合わせて周囲がしっかりサポートしますので、

「置き去り」になることはありません。

新規開拓や飛び込み営業はほとんどありません。

お客様の声に耳を傾け、

「お客様(消費者)に喜んでもらいたい」

提案先の中には衣料販売のノウハウがない企業も。

そんな時は販売職で培った接客力や

人の気持ちに寄り添う力を活かし、

売上改善や新規導入までイチからサポートできます。

入社後は先輩が同行しながら、

商品知識や商談の流れを丁寧にレクチャー。

営業未経験でも安心してスタートできます。
