仕事内容:

■人材雇用に関する法人営業【テレアポなし】

当社は国内外問わず企業様のニーズにあったご紹介を行います

仕事内容は企業様と人材のマッチングから、入社後のフォローまでお任せします。

企業様が必要としている人材ニーズを聞き出し、社内のデータベース等からニーズに合った人材をご紹介。

入社が決まった後は月に1回程度、紹介した人材の勤務先を訪問し総合窓口として相談・サポート・支援サービスを行います。

■新規営業無しでの支援選任業務

新規営業に苦手意識がある方には営業担当が獲得した顧客や人材に対する支援業務を専任でお任せします。

既存顧客への対応になりますので、信頼関係を構築して頂き、相談対応等の業務に取組んで頂きます。

◆具体的な業務内容◆

・企業様への訪問およびWEB商談(オンライン・対⾯双⽅対応)

・企業様の人材に関するニーズや経営課題のヒアリング

・企業様のニーズにあった人材のご提案

・⼈材紹介雇用から勤務後の相談対応

・ご契約後の顧客フォローおよび継続的な関係構築

・顧客満⾜度を⾼める改善提案や定期訪問の実施

当社では、企業様のニーズや経営課題に寄り添いながら、最適な人材をご紹介し、効率的な組織づくりを支援します。

◎人材・人員不足等に課題を抱えている企業様の悩みを解決するものなので、成約に繋がりやすいのが特長です。

◎社内には専任のテレアポスタッフが在籍。

そのため、営業自身が新規開拓の電話掛けをする必要はありません。

成約後の事務業務などはバックオフィスが引き継ぐので、営業はお客様へのご提案や就業後のフォローなどに注力できます。

◎教育制度を整えているので、未経験の方もご安心ください。

入社後は教育担当を設置してしっかりと研修指導を行います。研修内容は提供するサービスの知識に関する内容や同行訪問等を

行い、一人立ちできるまで上司や先輩社員がサポートしますので未経験者の方でも心配無くスタートできる環境なので安心して

月給30万円~42万円スタートに加え、頑張りに応じたインセンティブ制度も完備

契約件数や目標達成状況に応じて報酬が増えるため、自分の努力が収入に直結します。
