水道工事のご案内営業をお任せします。

未経験でも安心の研修制度+チーム制なので、知識ゼロでも問題ナシ

【具体的には…】

■個人営業(toC)

┗ 一戸建てなどのご家庭を訪問し、水道工事サービスをご提案

┗ 最初は先輩がしっかり同行提案の仕方も教えます

┗ 成約ごとにインセンティブが入る=頑張りがダイレクトに収入に反映

■法人営業・現場監督(toB)※経験者向け

┗ 既存顧客への提案・打ち合わせ、工事現場の進行管理など

\1日の流れ例/

8:00 事務所で朝礼・準備

9:00 営業先へ移動(先輩と同行からスタート)

12:00 昼休憩(チームで合流)

15:00 休憩

17:00 現場終了・撤収

18:00 帰社・日報記入

※横浜市全域(瀬谷含む)、県央地区を中心に神奈川県内を担当。

慣れてきたら直行直帰や効率的なルート提案も可能です

■要普通自動車免許(AT限定OK)

勤務時間・曜日:

8:00〜18:00

(実働7時間+休憩時間)

※直行・直帰や柔軟対応も応相談

休暇・休日:

完全週休2日制

月・火固定給

月9〜10日休み

年間休日120日

GW休暇・夏季休暇・年末年始休暇

有給休暇・慶弔休暇

勤務地:

各現場は神奈川県内(横浜・相模原・県央エリア等)

・海老名駅から車10分

・本厚木駅車15分

・愛甲石田駅車20分

・相模大野駅車30分

・町田駅車35分

給与:

月給25万円〜(未経験スタート)

※スタートの月給は経験やスキルによって要相談

・試用期間:3ヶ月(試用期間中も月給30万円保証)

・インセンティブ制度あり(成果に応じて上乗せ)
