■扱う商材: <介護事業者向け経営支援サービス「カイポケ」>

介護事業者の経営・業務改善に役立つサービスを提供するクラウドサービスです。

介護保険の請求機能・経費関連・情報管理をはじめとする様々な機能を備え、

介護事業者が目指す理想の介護サービス実現を支援します。

■仕事内容:

(1)新規顧客に対するシステムの導入サポート業務(電話/遠隔サポート)

1時間の予約枠で、初めて「カイポケ」を利用するお客様に対してお電話で使い方をしっかりとレクチャー。

事業所を開業されたばかりのお客様も多いので、重要な「請求業務」をこれから安心して実施していけるように支援をします。

現地訪問は無くお電話での対応となりますが、お客様と画面を共有して一緒に操作をしながら、丁寧にサポートを行います。

(2)導入サポート実施後のお客様からの問い合わせ対応(主にメール)

カイポケを使いこなしていくにあたって都度発生する問い合わせ対応に、主にはメールで対応を行います。

※(1)と(2)の業務比率は6:4のイメージとなります。

<研修について>

・入社後1か月程度座学での研修を想定しています。

・その後も、周囲のメンバーが得た情報・知見を共有する勉強会や、サービスの成長に合わせたキャッチアップの場が設けられます。

業界未経験の社員の受け入れも多い組織ですので育成のナレッジもあり、安心して研修に臨むことができます。
