~清水建設本社ビルの施設運用・管理業務を担っていただきます~

■ご担当業務:清水建設本社ビルの施設管理。電気設備を中心にビルの管理、マネージメントをお願いします。また、近い将来、本社ビルの電気主任技術者を担っていただきたいと考えています。

(1)空調、照明の運転スケジュール管理

(2)日常、週例、月例、年次の各点検の実施管理

(3)施設機器の保守保全。(予防保全対応)

(4)計画修繕制定及び補正。修繕及び諸口工事の実施

(5)エネルギー管理(都の優良特定地球温暖化対策事業所対応)

(6)点検報告書作成管理。(官庁報告書を含む)

(7)省エネ施策の実施及び検証。

(8)電気設備の定期点検(主任技術者業務)

(9)電気設備年次点検の統括及び結果検証(主任技術者業務)

・普段はマネジメント業務が主体ですが、緊急時等は現場采配や直接操作、補修を自ら行えるような人材になっていただく必要があります。

机上で済まそうとする傾向がある、または手配師寄りの方は求めておりません。

■必須要件:下記いずれかを満たす方

・電気主任技術者の資格をお持ちの方。

・施設や工場などの管理経験をお持ちで、電気主任技術者の選任経験のある方。

・作業工程の立案、進捗管理や協力業者との調整などのマネージメント経験をお持ちの方。

・オーナーや協力業者と連絡報告や調整を行うためのコミニュケーションの取れる方。

勤務時間・曜日:

8:30~17:10 (所定労働時間:7時間40分)

休憩時間:60分(12:00~13:00)

・完全週休2日制(土曜日、日曜日)、国民の祝日に関する法律に定める休日
