Your new role
You will join as a Ruby on Rails Engineer, contributing to the development of smart, scalable web applications. This is a hands-on technical role where you'll work closely with a small product team to propose solutions, build features, and deliver high-quality software using Ruby on Rails. You'll also collaborate across design and engineering to maximize user experience and business outcomes.
What You'll Need To Succeed
- 5+ years of experience in fullstack web development
- Expert-level proficiency in Ruby on Rails and the Ruby programming language
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
- Experience with Stimulus, Turbo Frame, and Turbo Stream
- Familiarity with AWS services and Docker containerization
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
