■Recruitment Background
The company is committed to driving DX (Digital Transformation) across the commercial real estate industry, primarily by adopting a multi-product strategy. They aim to expand their business by offering a suite of products, each with different features that support client operations.
To grow the business through a multi-product approach, each product team needs to be able to autonomously and rapidly test hypotheses. To achieve this, the company forms multiple cross-functional teams of about five people. These teams are encouraged to operate autonomously, with a focus on optimizing the overall business.

Leading development teams to maximize business value
Deciding on technical policies necessary for the team's products to generate maximum business value
Providing technical support to product managers and designers to help them discover excellent solutions

【 Requirements】
【Required】
Practical experience in front-end development using JavaScript frameworks (React, , Angular, etc.) (2+ years)
Practical experience in back-end development using web application frameworks (2+ years)
Systematic knowledge of software
System stability
Experience leading improvements in code base scalability
Experience in code review for members and maintaining/improving code quality
【Preferred】
Front-end development experience using React or
Back-end development experience using Rust or Ruby
Experience in infrastructure construction and operation on AWS
