【 Job Description】
[What will you do?]
・ Join the development team to enhance our advanced logistics platform.
・ Collaborate with product managers and designers to implement new features.
・ Participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
・ Grow your skills through teamwork, brainstorming sessions, and code reviews.
・ Expand your knowledge in digital forwarding and logistics concepts.
【 Requirements】
[Required]
・ 2+ years experience as a back-end engineer
・ Good understanding of Ruby, Ruby and Rails. You may substitute this experience with other languages such as Go, Python, etc., but as most of the back-end is written in Ruby, you must be comfortable with using Ruby
・Good level of understanding systems architecture, data structures, and design patterns
・Some experience in dealing SQL databases
・Intellectually curious and eager to take on new challenges
・Fast learning and being able to adapt to new technologies
・Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
・Motivation to learn digital forwarding and logistics concepts
・Good communication skills and ability to write technical documentation
[Preferred]
・Communication skills in Japanese, or the willingness to take on that challenge
・Experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.)
・Experience with building platforms that incorporate cybersecurity requirements
・Full-stack or front-end experience (Javascript, React, , etc.)
