仕事内容

物流センターでスタッフや商品の管理をおまかせいたします。

<具体的な仕事内容>

・シフト管理

スタッフの勤務時間を調整。

・進捗管理

作業が予定通り進んでいるかをチェック。

・現場管理

作業の流れや効率を見ながら、全体をサポートします。

・現場作業

ピッキングや仕分けなど、軽作業も一部担当します。

  • スタッフの管理や商品管理なので、責任があり大変なお仕事にはなりますが、

管理業務は基本的にシステムで管理していますので、

システムの操作方法を覚えて頂ければ簡単な作業となります。

給与


日給月給177,000円~229,000円

※経験・スキルによる

※試用期間3ヵ月あり(同条件)

<9:00>出社・朝のミーティング

スタッフと一緒に当日の作業内容や進捗状況を確認。

シフトや作業分担をチェックします。

<9:30>現場の巡回・進捗確認

倉庫内をまわりながら、作業の進み具合や安全面を確認。

必要に応じてスタッフに声かけやサポートも行います。

<11:00>システムで作業状況を管理

専用システムで入出庫の状況や在庫数をチェック。

操作はシンプルなので、覚えればスムーズに進められます。

<12:00>お昼休憩(1時間)

休憩室でゆっくりランチタイム。リフレッシュできる時間です。

<13:00>午後の作業スタート

ピッキングや仕分けなどの現場作業をサポートしたり、

スタッフの動きや進捗を確認しながら管理業務を進めます。

<15:00>スタッフ対応・調整業務

急な欠勤や作業変更があった場合は、シフトや作業内容を調整。

現場がスムーズに回るようにサポートします。

<16:30>日報作成・明日の準備

今日の作業内容や進捗をまとめて報告書を作成。

翌日のシフトや作業計画も確認しておきます。

<18:00>退社

業務終了お疲れさまでした
