アクサ生命保険株式会社 横浜FA支社では、フィナンシャルプランアドバイザー(FA)を募集しています。世界63ヶ国・約1億500万人の顧客を持つグローバルブランド「AXA」の一員として、お客さまの人生設計をサポートするやりがいある仕事です。

■主な仕事内容

個人・法人のお客さまに対し、生命保険や資産運用を中心としたコンサルティング営業を行います。お客さまの夢や目標を丁寧にヒアリングし、独自のライフプランシステム「LNAS(エルナス)」を活用して、数値やグラフで分かりやすく最適なプランを提案します。商品を売るのではなく、お客さまの理想の人生を一緒に描き、寄り添うことがミッションです。

■未経験からプロへ成長できる環境

入社後2年間は育成期間として、充実した研修プログラムを用意。導入研修から実践的な営業研修まで、段階的に金融知識やコンサルティングスキルを身につけられます。週1回の勉強会や、キャリアパス選択制度(FAプロフェッショナルコース/FAマネジメントコース)もあり、将来のキャリアを自分で選択できます。

■働きやすい職場環境

転勤はなく、営業スタイルも自由度が高いのが特徴。チームで助け合う風土が根付いており、未経験からスタートした20代~40代の社員が多数活躍中。離職率も非常に低く、女性も働きやすい環境です。強制参加の飲み会もありません。
