[募集職種]

顧客プロジェクトマネージャー(Honda様 ADASシステムプロジェクト)

[業務内容]

・Honda ADASシステムプロジェクトにおいて、お客様との重要な接点となり、プロジェクト全体を管理し、目標達成に導いていただきます。

・海外にいるプロジェクトコアチームを率いて、グローバルな視点からプロジェクトを推進していただきます。

・製品開発プロセス全体を通じて、お客様との調整役として、計画策定、進捗管理、リソース配分、リスク対応など、多岐にわたるプロジェクトマネジメント業務をお任せいたします。

・品質ゲート会議やレビューの準備、実施を行い、経営層へプロジェクトの状況を正確かつタイムリーに報告していただきます。

・多様な国籍、年齢、性別、経歴を持つメンバーで構成された、国際色豊かなチームです。

・PMO(プロジェクトマネジメントオフィス)に関するトップレベルの知識を持つ専門家が多数在籍しており、実践的なノウハウを学ぶことができます。

・ヨーロッパや北米など、他地域のプロジェクトマネージャーからの手厚いサポートを受けながら、グローバルな知見を活かして業務を進めることができます。

[出張頻度]

・国内出張:月に2~4回程度

・海外出張:年に2~4回程度

[リモートワークの頻度]

・柔軟な勤務形態を導入しており、週に1~2日程度の在宅勤務が可能です。

[応募資格(必須)]

・プロジェクトマネジメントの実務経験を5年以上お持ちの方。

・自動車業界での実務経験を5年以上お持ちの方。

[応募資格(歓迎)]

・機械工学、電気工学、生産工学、またはソフトウェア工学に関する学位をお持ちの方。

・優れた交渉力と、自ら課題を発見し解決策を提案できる起業家精神をお持ちの方。

・落ち着いた雰囲気と良好なマナーを備え、優れたプレゼンテーション能力、高いコミュニケーション能力、そしてチームワークを重視できる方。

・海外または国際的なチームでの勤務経験をお持ちの方。

・RK-PMQ認定資格をお持ちの方。

[語学力]

・英語:TOEIC 700点以上、またはビジネスで支障なく使用できるレベルの英語力をお持ちの方。(日常的にメールや会議で使用いたします。)

・日本語:日本語能力試験N2レベル以上、またはネイティブレベルの日本語力をお持ちの方。
