主な業務内容
Webプロモーションにおけるクリエイティブ制作・ディレクションを担当していただきます。
具体的には…
・Web広告用バナー、ランディングページ(LP)の企画・制作
・ブランドの持つ上品な世界観を忠実に表現し、かつユーザーの興味を惹きつけるクリエイティブの制作
・Web広告の運用データに基づいた、クリエイティブの改善・最適化提案
・3ヶ月規模のプロモーションキャンペーンにおける、クリエイティブ全体のディレクション

求める人材:
必須スキル・経験
・Web広告バナーやランディングページ制作の実務経験
┗ 長尺のLP(PCで20,000px以上、SPで40,000px以上など)のデザインの初稿を4営業日以内でご提出可能な方
┗ クリック率(CTR)やコンバージョン率(CVR)など、具体的な成果に貢献したバナー、LP制作の実績や提案ができる方
・エンタープライズ企業の広告LPデザイン・バナーデザイン経験がある方(代理店経由・プロダクション経由の実績でも可)
・制作会社/代理店でのWEB広告デザイナーとしての実務経験が3年以上ある方
・デザインをどういう意図で作ったのか、自ら考えて説明できる方
・クライアントやディレクターの指示の意図をくんで、制作/提案ができる方
┗ ブランドが持つ世界観やトーン&マナーを深く理解し、クリエイティブに落とし込める

歓迎スキル・経験
・ファッション、コスメ、ジュエリーなどの高級ブランド、または世界観が明確なブランドのプロモーション案件経験
・広告運用、効果測定、改善提案など、クリエイティブ制作以外のWebプロモーション業務に関する知見
勤務時間・曜日:
完全フルリモート(全国どこからでもOK)
※納期に合わせて、ご自身のペースで柔軟に作業していただけます。
※チャットツール・Zoomなどで随時やり取りします
案件により異なりますので、詳細は面談時にご説明させていただきます。
休暇・休日:
当社は完全週休2日制のため、基本的に土日祝のご連絡はありません。
