Job Summary:
The General Manager is responsible for managing the overall operations of the company, including
overseeing the successful completion of data center construction projects while ensuring operational
efficiency, regulatory compliance, and strong relationships with stakeholders. The GM will lead cross-
functional teams, collaborate with vendors, and drive process improvements to optimize performance in a
highly technical and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement business strategies and align these strategies with broader corporate goals and
ensure that the project pipeline supports long-term growth.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality and
safety.
• Provide leadership and direction to employees to ensure alignment with company vision and values.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including contractors, vendors, and engineering partners, to ensure
alignment on project goals and customers requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, address client concerns and work to
exceed their expectations in terms of quality, timeliness, and communication.
• Foster strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership,
clients, and regulatory bodies.
• Leverage new technologies and innovations in the data center space to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Analyze market trends, financial reports, and other relevant data to make informed decisions.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree
• At least 20 years of experience within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment, having
attained an IDC leadership experience.
• Ability to analyze complex business situations and make effective decisions.
• Proficiency in using business management software and tools.
• Dynamic and disciplined thinker with intellectual horsepower, an entrepreneurial spirit and a
passion for making a mark in fast-paced, growing environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and proven ability to influence.
• Results-oriented and hands-on leader who is driven to succeed with the ability to engage
stakeholders and team members with strong interpersonal capabilities.
