仕事内容:

設立会社である三ッ輪産業㈱にてLPガス事業_事務職のお仕事となります。

《業務内容》

事務の主な業務内容は◆社内システムを使った管理 ◆営業活動の補佐 ◆お客様の電話対応などになります。対応顧客は弊社ブランド「みつばちガス」をご利用中のお客様や販売店様など様々です。

◆社内システムを使った管理

└独自管理システムを使って、お客様情報の管理を行います。お客様情報のデータ入力や月末月初は入金管理、ガスの期限管理、点検タイミングの把握など様々な業務を行います。

◆営業活動の補佐

└上記システムを使い、お客様の法定点検・定期点検にお伺いするタイミングを把握し、お客様宅への点検訪問アポイントや日程調整を行い、営業へスケジュール連携などを行います。

◆お客様に対する電話対応

└お客様からの様々なお問い合わせに対する電話対応を行います。

26卒の大卒以上

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00-17:15(実働7.25時間)、9:00-18:00(実働8時間)、5月~10月完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)、11月~4月日曜日、祝日、隔週土曜日(月2回土曜日出勤あり)、その他

休暇・休日:

就業時間備考:5月~10月…9:00-17:15 休憩60分(実働7:15h)

11月~4月…9:00-18:00 休憩60分(実働8:00h)

休日備考:5月~10月…完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)

11月~4月…日曜日、祝日、隔週土曜日(月2回土曜日出勤あり)

勤務地:

※原則屋内禁煙

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥230,500以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥10,000(5時間相当分)を含む。5時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

給与備考:①基本給 220,500 円(②の手当てを除く額)

②みなし残業手当(時間外労働の有無にかかわらず5時間55分の時間外手当として 10,000 円を支給)

③時間外手当(5時間55分を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給)

待遇・福利厚生:

固定残業代詳細:5時間分の時間外手当として10000円を支給

通勤手当詳細:会社規定に基づき支給

家族手当詳細:会社規定に基づき支給
