仕事内容:

▮募集の背景

エンド企業の社内IT体制強化および複数プロジェクトの同時推進を目的とし、業務部門とシステムベンダー間の調整・要件定義・課題管理・スケジュール/リスク管理を担う即戦力人材を募集します。過去にも基幹システム刷新やITインフラ整備、DX推進など多様な案件を展開しており、今後も新規プロジェクトが控えています。

▮業務内容について

エンド企業のシステム開発プロジェクトにおいて、開発側の視点からプロジェクト推進を支援する開発エンジニアを募集しています。業務部門とシステムベンダー間の調整窓口として、要件調整や課題・スケジュール・リスク管理を行います。RFI/RFPやWBSなどの作成・管理を通じて開発工程をコントロールし、社内プロジェクトメンバーへ技術的な助言やフォローを行いながら、プロジェクト全体を成功へと導きます。

▮働く環境について

横浜オフィスにて週2日(火曜固定+水曜推奨)出社、その他はリモートワーク可能。社内IT部門・業務部門・システムベンダーと連携しながら、複数プロジェクトを横断的に推進する環境です。過去にはITインフラ刷新や基幹システム導入、DX推進など多様な案件実績があり、現場から経営層まで幅広いステークホルダーと協働できます。

▮求めるスキル

高いコミュニケーション能力を発揮できる方が必須です。Webシステムプロジェクトに関する知見を持ち、上流工程でのプロジェクト推進経験、およびPMまたはPMOとしての実務経験が求められます。ECサイト構築、スマートフォンアプリ開発、アパレル業界向けプロジェクトの経験がある方は大いに活躍いただけます。

  • 社会人経験10年以上歓迎

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥259,100 〜 ¥700,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥45,975〜¥132,911(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

経験、能力などを考慮し、決定します。

業務実績や状況に応じて、下記の手当を支給。
