【仕事内容】

建築現場のコラボレーションアプリ「ANDPAD」のPMやエンジニアと対話・協力しながら、下記の業務を担っていただきます。

・業務課題に対する技術起点でのアプローチの検討と企画

・業務課題に基づくPoCの実施

・LLMや機械学習モデルを使用したプロダクトの開発

・運用

・LLMや機械学習モデルを使用したプロダクトの評価・効果検証

・LLMや機械学習モデルを活用のための技術調査

・社内外のステークホルダーに対する技術プレゼンテーション

開発言語:Python、TypeScript

LLM:Vertex AI (Gemini/Claude)、OpenAI

LLMOps:LangSmith

WEBフレームワーク:Streamlit、FastAPI

DWH:BigQuery

VCS:GitHub CI/CD:Github Actions

コンテナ:Docker

情報共有ツール:esa、Confluence

その他:Slack、GitHub Copilot、Gemini アプリ、NotebookLM

※その他、必要に応じ開発者向けのAIツールの導入、検証 AIプロダクトの創出とスケールアップに、中心メンバーとして貢献できます。

【求める人材】

・LLMのAPI活用、検索拡張生成(RAG)やAIエージェントの開発または運用経験

・機械学習や画像処理、LLM、またはそれらに関連する領域の論文読解力

・クラウド環境(GoogleCloud、AWS)での開発経験

・メンバーと適切なコミュニケーションをとり、プロジェクトを完遂できる能力

・アンドパッドのミッションとバリューへの共感

【給与】

年収800~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
