仕事内容

ToC向けマーケティングにおける、クリエイティブ(特にショート動画)の企画をお任せします。

広告運用担当が数値を見て改善を回しているため、あなたには「成果が出る企画の設計」に集中していただきます。

主な業務内容

・ショート動画の企画立案(訴求軸、構成、台本、フック設計)

・企画の型化(勝ちパターンのテンプレ化、企画ストック作り)

・制作ディレクション(制作側への指示、フィードバック、品質管理)

・運用者と連携した改善(数値/視聴維持/反応から企画を磨く)

・ターゲット理解の深化(誰に刺さるか、何が刺さるかの言語化)

※撮影・編集などの制作実務は、制作側に依頼します。

【必須】

・ToCマーケ領域でのクリエイティブ企画経験(SNS/広告どちらでも)

・関係者と連携して企画を形にした経験(ディレクション含む)

【歓迎】

・ショート動画(TikTok/Reels/Shorts)の企画経験

・広告クリエイティブの改善経験(CTR/CVR/視聴維持などを踏まえた改善)

・企画テンプレや制作ガイドラインの整備経験

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間

勤務時間:9:00~18:00

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 24万5000円 〜 35万5000円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり3万5000円 〜 4万5000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり20時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
