仕事内容:

法人向けIT提案営業として、

ソフトウェア開発・人材(エンジニア)・自社製品の提案を行います。

営業活動は既存顧客対応が中心で、

Web商談・社内業務が多いスタイルです。

主な業務内容

・ソフトウェア開発案件の受注管理

・顧客要望に応じた開発・カスタマイズ提案

・契約交渉、条件調整、契約締結

・自社エンジニアのスキルマッチ提案

・契約更新、配置調整

自社製品・新規提案

・自社開発製品の紹介・提案

・機能説明、デモ対応

・顧客課題に合わせた提案設計

・県内および首都圏企業への新規営業(全体の約3割)

市場・顧客リサーチ

・顧客ヒアリング

・市場・競合サービスの調査

・ニーズを営業戦略へ反映

・営業経験のある方(業界不問)

・法人顧客との折衝、提案、調整業務の経験

・基本的なPC操作ができる方

(メール、資料作成、Web会議など)

・IT業界、ソフトウェア業界での営業経験

・オンライン商談、Web中心の営業経験

・人材派遣/SES関連の営業経験

・契約書の取り扱い、条件交渉の経験

・顧客課題を整理し、提案に落とし込んだ経験

※ITの専門知識は入社後に学べます

・09:00~18:00(休憩60分) フレックス制あり

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥3,750,000 〜 ¥11,000,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥39,031〜¥43,601(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
