Description

BMSGのMD(マーチャンダイジング)部門の責任者候補として、所属アーティストのグッズ事業全体の戦略を策定・実行していただきます。
単なるマネジメントではなく、企画・生産・品質管理の全工程を統括し、BMSGらしいクオリティの高いグッズを安定的にファンへ届けるための仕組みづくりを担っていただきます。

具体的には、以下の業務を管掌していただきます。
・MD部門全体の事業戦略、および年間・中長期計画の策定
・グッズの企画・デザイン・制作のディレクション
・生産管理(発注、納期、在庫管理)および品質管理(品質基準、不良品対応)の全体管理
・BMSG SHOP(EC)やライブ会場、ポップアップストアでの物販戦略立案
・サプライヤー、製造業者、デザイナーなど外部パートナーとの連携・交渉
・部門メンバーの育成、マネジメント、および部門全体の予算管理

・クオリティを確立する: BMSGのブランドイメージにふさわしい、高品質でアーティストの世界観を表現したグッズを企画・制作する
・チームを創り上げる: 企画、生産管理、品質管理の各専門家が集まるチームを組織として確立し、メンバーの能力を最大限に引き出す
・ファン体験を向上させる: グッズを通してファンとの繋がりを強化し、購買体験の向上に貢献する

【必須(MUST)】
・MD事業における企画・生産管理・品質管理のいずれか、または複数のご経験
・マネジメント経験: チームやプロジェクトをリードし、目標達成に導いた経験
・サプライチェーン全体の理解: 商品企画から生産、納品までの各プロセスを俯瞰的に管理できるスキル
・交渉力: 外部パートナーと円滑に連携し、課題解決や条件交渉を行った経験
・事業数値へのコミットメント: 売上、コスト、利益など事業目標を達成するための戦略立案・実行経験
