【職務概要】
企業の経営者(CEO、CFO、CIO等)に対して事業課題、業務課題の変革提案を行い、実行までを支援します。クライアントの上流領域におけるビジネス創出や変革支援、AI-Agentシステム導入に向けた提案を通じて、部署横断的な支援を目指し業務推進をします。
【職務詳細】
・クライアント企業の経営課題、業務課題のヒアリングと、AIAgent活用に向けた戦略策定
・AI Agent導入によるAs Is/ToBe業務プロセスの設計と、ROI(投資対効果)の試算
・エンジニアチームと連携したプロトタイプの企画/開発ディレクション、PoC(概念実証)の実施
・本格導入に向けたチェンジマネジメント支援、効果測定、継続的な改善提案
・新部門のサービスメニュー開発、ナレッジの体系化、メンバー育成

【業務内容変更の範囲】
雇入れ直後の従事すべき業務と同じ(但し、業務の都合により変更する場合がある)
【求める人材】
【必須】
・業務コンサルティングの経験3年以上(クライアントワークを前提)
・生成AIやクラウド技術など、日々進化する技術トレンドを自らキャッチアップし、ビジネスへの応用を考え続けられる方
【尚可】
・SIerでの業務改革(BPR)、DX推進、IT戦略策定などのプロジェクト経験
・GCP、AWS、Azureなどのパブリッククラウドを用いた経験
・生成AI(LLM)を活用したアプリケーション開発経験、または機械学習モデルの構築・運用経験
・小規模~中規模プロジェクトのリーダー経験、または、プロジェクトマネジメント経験
【補足】
※将来的にはグループ会社へ出向の可能性があります。出向の場合は、調整の上で、期間を決定します。
【給与】
年収:1000万~1500万程度
月給制:月額715000円
給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇
賞与:年2回(業績による)
昇給:年2回
