IPプロジェクトコーディネーター
【JOB SUMMARY】
新エリア・新アトラクション造設において、ライセンサー(IPホルダー)にキャラクター等の使用申請をする際のサポートをしていただきます。社内の資料をまとめ、チェックし、ライセンサーからの要望を各部に伝え摺り合わせる際のサポートもしていただきます。
「ミニオン・パーク」「スーパー・ニンテンドー・ワールド」など、新規プロジェクト開発をリードする部署「ユニバーサル・クリエイティブ」に所属いただくため、話題の新規エリアやアトラクションに携わることができます。プロジェクト・チームの半数は外国人であり、多様性に富んだ開放的な職場で実力を思う存分に発揮していただくことができます。
【ROLES &RESPONSIBILITIES】
プロジェクト推進に関わるIPマネジメントチームのサポートを幅広くお任せします。
●プロジェクトのIPライセンス承認に必要な書類や提出物の整理
●データベースを更新、プロジェクトの進捗状況を把握、指示に応じて報告書を作成
●社内システムを使用し、チームの運営に関わる事務的な業務
●会議調整やチームのスケジュール管理

【REQUIREMENTS】
【必須】
●日本語:ネイティブレベル
●英語:ビジネスレベル
・組織の半数が外国籍のメンバーです
・職務経歴書を日・英でご用意いただきます(履歴書は日本語のみで可)
・英語による採用面接も実施します

●アシスタント経験
●日英・英日の翻訳経験
●国内外で多様なバックグラウンドを持つ人々と生活や業務を共にした経験
●海外での業務経験あるいは留学経験をお持ちの方

【選考プロセス】
1書類選考(日本語の履歴書+日本語と英語の職務経歴書の3種)
2面接(オンライン、日本語、英語)
勤務時間
9:00~17:45(実働7時間45分)
※フレックス勤務もあり、コアタイムなし
休日/休暇
年間休日120日、(月平均10日、基本土日休み)
