仕事内容
「シルバニアファミリー」や「アクアビーズ」「野球盤」でお馴染みエポック社もしくはグループ会社にて人事労務、採用に関する業務をご担当いただきます。これまでのご経験や業務適正を勘案し、主にご担当いただく業務を決定いたします。

- 人事・労務業務(主に人事労務、採用に係る事務となります)
勤怠管理業務
給与計算・支払い手続き
社会保険手続き
所得税・住民税納付手続き
年末調整に関する業務
健康診断に関する業務
採用に関する業務(主に中途採用の応募者対応など)
新規入職者対応に関する業務
その他人事・労務に関する業務
- 総務業務 主に庶務業務

試用期間の長さ:6ヶ月
雇用形態、給与は本採用時と同じです。
休日休暇
週休2日制 週休2日制(土曜日、日曜日、祝日)年間休日124日(夏季休暇含む)
ただし繁忙期(12月)の第2・3土曜は出勤日とする。但し出向者は出向先の規定に従う。
