■ポジションについて
入社直後は、既存の独自システムの仕様を理解し保守を担当していただきますが、ミッションは保守し続けることではなく、むしろ破棄すること(次世代基盤への移行)です。
会計・人事・購買・法務・経営企画など、コーポレート全般のドメインを担当します。
■具体的な業務内容
既存レガシーシステムの保守・運用(足元の業務)
自社開発された予算管理システム、人事考課システム、その他Accessツールの保守・運用。
- Python (Django), Access, SQL ServerのStored Procedure等の既存コードの解析、改修。
ユーザー(経理・人事・経営企画)からの問い合わせ対応、データ抽出支援。
次世代経営基盤への移行・設計・構築(中長期のメイン業務)
独自システムを廃棄し、トップティアSaaSへ業務プロセスを適合させるための要件定義とデータ移行。
- iPaaS(Workato)やFaaS(AWS Lambda)を活用し、SaaS間を疎結合につなぐデータ連携基盤の構築。
- インフラのコード化(IaC/Terraform)、CI/CDパイプラインの構築、ID管理(IGA)の自動化など、"No-Ops"な運用基盤の整備。

Requirements
- 3年以上のWebアプリケーションの開発・運用経験(言語不問、Pythonであれば尚可)
- RDB(SQL)の設計・操作経験
- 業務系システム(会計、人事、勤怠、販売管理など)のいずれかの開発・導入に関わった経験
- 「コードを書くこと」に拘らず、SaaS活用やローコードツールによる課題解決を合理的だと捉えられるマインド
- ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
