【お仕事内容:確定申告に向けた事務サポート】

確定申告がスムーズに進むよう、

事前のデータ作成や資料整理を中心にお手伝いいただきます。

書類の整理・データ入力 お客様からお預かりした

領収書やレシートをきれいに仕分けし、

会計ソフトへ数字を入力(記帳)していく作業です。

郵便物の確認 届いた書類のチェックなど、

簡単な事務作業をお願いします。

  • 使用するソフトについて

メインで使用するのは「TKC」です(全体の約9割)

その他、数件ほど「弥生会計」や「マネーフォワード(MF)」を使用するケースもあります。

「このソフトを使ったことがある」という経験を活かせる環境です。

大阪拠点は協力先の事務所内にあるため、

お仕事自体は独立していますが、何か困ったことがあれば周囲が助けてくれる温かい関係性です

【お仕事の進め方・担当ボリューム】

  • 担当件数の目安

まずは10~15件ほどをメインにお任せします。

慣れてきたら、最終的に20~25件程度の記帳作業をお願いできればと考えています。

  • 効率的に進められる「質問シート」あり

不明点はシートにまとめておけば、後でまとめて確認OK

「返待ちで仕事が進まない…」というストレスなく、進められるところから優先して作業できます。

<ご応募にあたって>

※週20時間未満の勤務をご希望の場合は、以下のいずれかに該当する方が対象となります(日雇い派遣の例外要件)。

・副業として従事する方(本業の年収が500万円以上ある方)

・世帯年収の合計が500万円以上の方(主たる生計者以外の方)

・60歳以上の方
