仕事内容


ぎょうざの満洲の食品製造工場にて、機械設備の点検修理のお仕事をお願いします。

ぎょうざの満洲の食品製造工場内を巡回して機械の不具合がないか正常に作動しているか

清掃は行き届いているか確認していただきます。食品製造工場でのお仕事が未経験でも歓迎します。

上記作業をつうじて、工場のエネルギーコストの削減提案、設備の修理改修の立案、業者の手配、立会

等も行っていただきたいです。

経験は不問です

接客のお仕事とは違い、日々決められた量をこなすのが目標です。ですので、コツコツと作業をしるのが好きな方にピッタリです。誰もが最初は未経験からです。作業については責任持って一緒に行うので、少しずつ覚えて頂ければ、どなたにでも簡単に出来る作業です。スタッフ同士の元気な挨拶は忘れずに。

シフト制なのでプライベートとの両立が可能それぞれの事情に合わせて働きやすい環境です。

餃子、惣菜、スープ、デザートまですべて自家製です。店舗への配送も自社便ですので、活躍の場は沢山あります。

人気店、ぎょうざの満洲で提供する商品を製造している食品工場で働いていただきます。

工場のスタッフは現在、高校生~シニア世代まで、本当に幅広い年齢層が活躍しています。皆年代の垣根無く和気あいあいと働いています。また、障害者雇用にも力を入れています。坂戸工場は100名弱、川越工場は150名弱の従業員が在籍しています。

ぎょうざの満洲は駅のそば「うまい、安い、元気」を合言葉に、お客様に愛されるお店を営業しています

餃子の皮から全て自家製、原材料の野菜やお米は、社長自ら農家さんへ赴き、自身の目、舌で吟味して決めています。委託栽培で心から安全なものを提供していただいています。品質管理のISO9001と食品安全のFSSC22000を認証取得し、衛生管理の行き届いた自社工場で製造、お客様にいつも喜んでいただけるように努めています。

資格


必須:普通自動車免許(MT社 8トン限定または準中型)

あるとありがたい:フォークリフト・溶接・電気工事

総労働時間:1週あたり40時間

・勤務曜日:月・火・水・木・金・土・日・祝

・勤務時間:

[1] 08:00~17:00

給与


月給 22万6000円~38万円

(一律手当を含む)

1~3ヶ月の研修期間有(研修中は時給1300円)

早朝手当・時間外手当別途支給

※定年60歳(延長雇用あり75歳まで)

交通費:交通費支給

片道3km以上の方のみ車両通勤可・交通費支給有(当社規定あり)

ぎょうざの満洲の保養所(群馬県老神温泉 東明館・越後湯沢)を利用することも出来ますよ。
