【募集背景】不動産業界では昨今注力課題として特に、物件探しから購入や入居までの利用者体験を改善する、DX化の推進が求められています。しかし、不動産業界特有の多くのステークホルダー間での連携の複雑さや、地域特有の商習慣などが影響し他の業界に比べて推進が遅れてしまっているのが現状です。そこでLIFULLは、そういった業界の課題を解決するため新規事業部門を新設し、これまで「LIFULL HOMES」という日本最大級の不動産・住宅情報サイトの運営を通して培った豊富な不動産業界に関する知見を活かして、不動産会社の業務効率化を進める新規プロダクトを開発・提供しています。今回、その新規事業部門の拡大と業界課題の解決をよりスピーディに進めるため、新たにエンジニアの募集を開始することになりました。
【職務内容】不動産・住宅情報サイト「LIFULL HOMES」の新規事業として、住み替え体験の革新に向けた、不動産領域特化型の生成AIプロダクト開発業務をテクニカルスペシャリストとして牽引していただきます。

・住み替えに関わる現場の業務プロセス理解と洞察を通じた潜在的な課題の発掘
・課題やビジネス要求に対するソリューションの提案
・プロトタイピングから効果測定まで一連の仮説検証サイクルの推進
・生成AIプロダクトのシステム設計実装から導入
