【仕事内容】

生成AIを中心としたAzure AI Service関連案件の今後の事業のリーダーを見据えた「リードエンジニア」の募集となります。

プロジェクトのリード、Azure AI Serviceを活用した AI アプリケーションの構築、Azure Machine Learning による機械学習ソリューションの開発、

Microsoft Fabric を活用したデータエンジニアリング、技術講師としての活動、新技術の調査・習得・戦略へのフィードバック、新規サービスメニューの技術的検討・アイデアの議論、独自開発する SaaS プロダクトの開発支援などを行っています。

【具体的には】

・ プロジェクトリード(進捗推進、顧客調整)

・ Azure AIService を用いた AI アプリケーション構築

(チャットボット、文書検索、翻訳システムなどの設計/実装)

・ Azure Machine Learning による機械学習ソリューションの開発

(AI プラットフォーム全体設計/構築、MLOps 導入支援など)

・ Microsoft Fabric を活用したデータエンジニアリング

(データ統合、データウェアハウス、データ分析基盤の設計/構築など)

・ ハッカソンや技術トレーニングなどの技術講師

・ Azure AIService や AI 駆動開発における新技術の

調査・習得・戦略へのフィードバックと

エンドユーザー様向けの新規サービスメニューの技術/アイディア議論

・ 事業部で独自開発する SaaS プロダクトの開発支援

【求める人材】

・Web開発、データ活用、機械学習関連業務のうちいずれかの案件の遂行のご経験

[目安]3年以上の実務経験、うち1年以上はリードエンジニアまたはプロジェクトリーダーとしてのご経験

・案件遂行の上での顧客対応もしくは社内折衝のご経験

[目安]2年以上の顧客折衝もしくは社内折衝のご経験

・なんらかの言語のコーディングのご経験(スクリプトなどでも可)

[目安]1年以上の実務経験

【歓迎】

・Microsoft Azureの実務経験もしくは他クラウドでの同様のサービスの経験

(特にAzure OpenAI Service、Azure Synapse Analytics、Azure Machine Learning)

・Python、Rによるコーディングのご経験

・技術トレーニングやハッカソンの企画、運営経験・Data/AIを活用した自社サービスの企画、開発経験

【給与】

年収650~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
