【業務の概要】
■生成AIを用いた自社プロダクトのインフラ開発
■Snowflake、Google Cloudなどのモダンな技術スタックによるデータ基盤構築におけるインフラ開発
■生成AI関連のエンタープライズ向けパッケージの開発や導入開発
【具体的な業務内容】
■AWSなどのパブリッククラウド環境におけるインフラの設計、実装、および管理
■お客様とコミュニケーションを取りながら顧客クラウド環境にプロダクトを展開するプロジェクトの主導
■自動コードビルド、テスト、およびデプロイメントのためのCI/CDパイプラインを設計および実装
■信頼性および可用性を向上させるソフトウェアの開発、インフラ運用の仕組みづくり
■単一障害点やその他のリスクの高いアーキテクチャの問題特定、及びその解決法の提案、実装

【求める人材】
【必須経験・スキル】
■AWS、Google Cloud、Azureなどパブリッククラウドを利用したWebアプリケーションインフラの開発・運用経験
■Terraformなどを利用したIaCによるインフラの開発・運用経験
■モニタリング基盤の構築および監視、開発環境/ステージング/本番環境の運用経験
■CircleCI 等の CI/CD ツールの整備経験
■5人程度以上でのチーム開発経験
【歓迎経験・スキル】
■開発組織におけるチームリード、マネジメント経験
■ChatGPT、Claudeなどを用いたLLMプロダクトの運用経験
■Webアプリケーションのフロントエンドおよびバックエンドの開発・運用経験
■MySQL または PostgresSQL の設計、開発、運用経験
■git + GitHub によるコード管理
■ログ分析基盤の構築・運用経験
