JR56015 Equipment Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering, Dry area広島工場の Manufacturing Equipment Engineer, Dry areaは自エリアに要求される生産、品質、コストを実現するために、製造装置管理を主とした観点で業務を担う。要求される装置稼働に責任を負う。また、関連部門との協力体制を構築し、自エリアのOutput最大化とサイクルタイム短縮、リソースの最大効率化に取り組み、安定した品質を維持するための装置状態管理を実行する。また、生産阻害要因を抽出し関連部門と共同で阻害要因の排除を行うように、幅広いコミュケーションを担う。
業務内容
・非定型作業で問題解決を判断する。助言に基づき習得した技術概念を適用する。
・重要な判断および自発力を要する、複雑な問題を解決する。
・専門的な技術と知識で問題を解決して防止策を講じる。
・高度な問題や課題に関し、テクニシャンに助言と指導を与える。
・予防保全およびその他の非定型的な課題に関する改善を計画して実行する。
・多様な範囲で意思決定をする。
・担当業務の質に影響を与える可能性のある限定された範囲で判断をする。
・システムをほぼ理解している。問題点を理解し、改善する為の方策を提案し、それを解決する。
・TPM活動を通して、積極的な提案を行い限定的なエリアの向上に貢献する。
・改造/新規/移設/撤去装置に関連する職場環境に対し6S3Rの改善提案を行い限定的なエリアの向上に貢献する。
・積極的にチームが得た知見・知識をOPL/CIPを用いてエリアの能力向上に貢献する。
