Job Title: Process and Equipment Engineer (PEE)

PEE plays a crucial role in maintaining the production line's health by troubleshooting, assessing risks, starting up fabs, and releasing tools. Additionally, PEE is responsible for optimizing processes and hardware to enhance product quality, improve yield, cut costs, and maximize output capacity efficiently.

In the semiconductor wafer production's PVD process, various types of targets and gases are utilized to form films effectively, and as a PEE, expertise in both process and equipment is essential to succeed.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance process conditions and technology.
• Boost process capability and decrease production costs.
• Establish and adjust process management projects.
• Configure process parameters for various semiconductor equipment.
• Evaluate, deploy, and plan for new equipment/materials.
• Analyze and improve abnormal situations.

Requirements: (Not mandatory to meet all)

• Bachelor's/Masters' Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a process-related position within the semiconductor/manufacturing industry.
• Dedication to learning, growth, and self-development.
