CSM Change Management Engineer, Quality Team
CSM Change Management Engineers handle the implementation of new systems such as Micron MES, system upgrades, issue resolution, quality enhancement, efficiency optimization through automation functionalities, and the maintenance of operational processes by fostering collaboration with key partners, including Process Equipment Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Integration Engineering, IT, and Quality departments.
This role encompasses the development of new systems, process enhancements, interaction with a diverse range of Micron team members, and engagement with CH team counterparts from different locations.
As a CSM Change Management Engineer, one is expected to grasp the intricacies of the Micron MES system components, such as Sigma, GeRM, ET, SPACE, Sampling, Traveler, Qual System, QTime, and MES Tracking. Furthermore, proficiency in project management, global collaboration within Micron, and active involvement in the company's global landscape are key aspects of this position.
- Manage project timelines and execute assigned tasks
- Aggregate diverse data sets, develop scripts, drive automation of various metrics, and generate reports utilizing RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and Tableau to enhance the operational efficiency of CSM and relevant departments
- Enhance CSM Change Management software to streamline business processes
- Lead projects relating to MES Systems (Sigma, GeRM, ET, SPACE, CIM, PCTRAV, GeRM qual system, Queue Time, and MES Fab Tracking)
- Collaborate with peers to identify challenges, evaluate solutions, and address performance bottlenecks
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders to conduct needs assessments and offer expert guidance
- Communicate and coordinate with partners impacted by modifications or new ventures
- Assess the impact of software changes related to Change Management
- Act as a consultant to partners to drive continual enhancements in CSM-related software systems
- Deliver MES-related training as an instructor to end-users
Preferred Qualifications (not all requirements necessary):
- Experience in Micron MES operations (system control, adaptations, etc.)
- Foundational comprehension of Fab processes and equipment
- Effective problem-solving abilities grounded in data analysis
- Proficient in collaborating and communicating effectively with internal and external team members
- Capable of designing, teaching, presenting, and comprehending technical subjects
- Basic grasp of various programming skills and databases
- Familiarity with communication and data flow between Fab equipment and IT hosts
- Competency in script creation, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and Tableau management
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic communication skills in English (equivalent to high school level)
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field or equivalent practical experience.
