仕事内容:
弊社は、投資や資産運用に興味があるお客さま向けに、オンラインで学習できる教材を提供しています。
あなたにお任せしたいのは、簡単な庶務業務や弊社サービスをご利用いただいているお客さまを支える事務業務です。
《具体的な仕事内容》
・来客者の案内や、電話の取次ぎ
・お客様からの問い合わせ対応(電話・メール)
・郵便物の発送準備対応
・簡単なPC事務作業(メールチェックやデータ入力など)
入社後、まずはPC業務に慣れるための簡単な事務作業や来客対応からスタート。
慣れてきたら、専門知識がいらないメール・電話対応やデスク作業を徐々にお任せしていきます。
優しい先輩社員が横について教えてくれますし、
専門知識に関する研修や、お客さま対応マニュアルも充実しているので、業界・職種ともに未経験でも安心です。
アルバイトで活躍するスタッフのほとんどが未経験からのスタートなので、
未経験でも頑張り次第でスキルが身に付く環境があります。
(現在は20代~40代まで幅広い年齢層のスタッフが所属しており、
実際にアルバイトから正社員にキャリアアップした社員もいます)
シフトも柔軟に調整できますので、まずは面接で希望の働き方を教えてくださいね。

勤務時間・曜日:
月曜日~金曜日(完全週休2日制)
10:00~19:00(シフト制・応相談)
※1日6〜8時間勤務
※週3日~5日勤務 希望に合わせて選べます
