仕事内容:
弊社では、投資や資産運用に興味があるお客さま向けに、オンラインで学習できる教材を提供しています。
あなたにお任せしたいのは、弊社サービスをご利用いただいているお客さまを支えるサポート事務業務です。
最近、個人での資産運用に注目が集まっていることもあり、お客さまの数も右肩上がり。
そこで、新たにお客さま対応事務スタッフを増員することになりました。
《具体的な仕事内容》
カスタマーサポートの部署は計12名(男性4名、女性8名)で、アルバイトスタッフはそのうち4名。お客さまから寄せられるお問い合わせに対して、メールや電話で対応しています。
入社後、まずはPC業務に慣れるために簡単な事務作業からスタート。慣れてきたら、専門知識がいらないメール・電話対応やデスク作業(データ入力など)を徐々にお任せしていきます。
主なお問い合わせは、
- 支払い先を変更したい
- 教材の使い方を教えて欲しい
- 教材を買おうか迷っている
などといった内容です。
お問い合わせは1日40件、電話は1日20件ほど来るので、スタッフ全員で手分けをしながら対応しています。
優しい先輩社員が横について教えてくれますし、専門知識に関する研修や、お客さま対応マニュアルも充実しているので、業界・職種ともに未経験でも安心です。
アルバイトで活躍するスタッフのほとんどが未経験からのスタートなので、未経験でも頑張り次第でスキルが身に付く環境があります。

勤務時間・曜日:
月曜日~金曜日(完全週休2日制)
10:00~19:00(シフト制・応相談)
※1日6〜8時間勤務
※週3日~5日勤務 希望に合わせて選べます
