電気通信工事事業を行う今治本社の企業で総務事務のお仕事です

主に総務担当の補助業務を担当いただきます

※個人担当業務あり

<具体的な仕事内容>

・備品、消耗品の管理

・書類作成や整理

・郵便物の対応、印紙処理

・決裁、稟議、請求書などの事務作業

・社内イベントの企画や広報

・電話応対、来客対応

<環境面>

総務部4名在籍しています。(50代2名、30代2名)

給与詳細


時給1,180円

月収例:188,800円

(1,180円×8時間×20日勤務の場合)

※交通費実費支給(上限50,000円/月)
