【業務内容】
■メディア戦略の立案と実行
■メディアタイアップ、パートナーシップの構築
■各種SNSプラットフォームの運営・管理
■企画・構成・台本・キャスティング・収録・編集・配信などトータルなディレクション
■データ分析とレポート作成
■組織マネジメント、外部プロダクションリレーションシップ強化

【必須スキル・経験】
■放送局や番組制作会社でのディレクター、プロデューサー経験のある方(3年以上)
■広告系制作会社でのプロダクションマネージャー、プロデューサー経験のある方(3年以上)
■事業会社でのマーケティング・クリエイティブディレクション経験のある方(3年以上)
■オリジナル番組に加え、クライアントワークも厭わない柔軟なマインドセットをお持ちの方
【歓迎スキル・経験】
■CRMマーケティング経験
■webマーケティング、広告運用経験(sns広告、ディスプレイ、リスティングなど
■ブランディング案件のディレクション
■データを基にしたプロダクトPDCAによるグロースの実績
■映像制作/編集の実務経験3年以上
