【職務内容】

今回募集のシニアアカウントプランナーは、チームをリードし、プロジェクトやチームビルディングに

関わるポジションです。

クライアントの課題を突き詰め、解決に導く役割を担い、社内の様々な職種のメンバーと連携して

プラニングを進めます。

WEBサイトを中心に、イベントや映像を含む統合的なプロジェクトのプランニングも担当します。

自社メディア、クライアントワーク問わず、様々なプロジェクトに関わり、

大規模な直取引プロジェクトを通して、社会に大きなインパクトを与えることができます。

【具体的には】

・ ヒアリング、コンサルティング

・ 戦略、コンセプト設計

・ マーケティングプランニング、クリエイティブプランニング

・ 予算策定および収支の管理

・ アウトプットのクオリティ管理

・ チームマネジメント(3~4名のメンバーを管理・育成)

【求める人材】

【必須】

・ 広告代理店、制作会社やPR会社などでの営業もしくはプロデュース経験(5年以上)

・ プロデューサーなどの役割でプロジェクトの全体管理をした経験

・ 3名以上が所属するチームのマネジメント経験(2年以上)

・ プロジェクトや事業の収支を管理した経験

・ 事業部やチームの目標やKPIを管理した経験

・ WEBサイト制作に携わった経験

・ データ分析を通してサービス改善をした経験

【給与】

年収600~850万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
