【人事課の一日の仕事の流れ】鈴木春奈

アイダ設計で働く社員は、どういった流れで一日を過ごすのでしょうか?
今回ご紹介するのは2018年に入社、人事課に所属し、中途採用を担当している鈴木春奈さん。「応募者が最初に出会うアイダ設計の社員として、よい雰囲気づくりを心がけている」と語る、鈴木さんの一日に密着しました。
【9:00】1日のはじまりはデスクの掃除から
会社についたら、最初にデスク周りの掃除をして、気持ちよく仕事に取り組めるようにしています。ひととおり掃除が終わった後は、メールや今日やるべきことを確認してから仕事に取りかかります。
【10:00】中途応募者や各部署とやり取り
まずは、中途応募者の方とのやり取りを行います。内定者がスムーズに入社できるよう、会社案内や書類の作成も進めていきます。
人事課のなかでも、主に中途採用を担当している鈴木さん。中途の方が応募してから入社するまでの、全般のサポート業務が仕事です。
業務内容は、採用計画の立案から求人の掲載、応募者の選考までさまざま。応募者の方とやり取りをする際には、話し方や言葉選びを相手に合わせて「どうすればわかりやすく伝えられるか」ということを意識しています。
以前は設計部に所属していましたが、人事課に異動してからは、他部署や役職が上の方と一緒に仕事をする機会が増えました。そのため、人事として採用業務を通じて「会社の中心的な役割を担っている」という実感があり、設計部の時とはまた違ったやりがいを感じています。
【12:00】ランチタイムはデスクでのんびり
ランチタイムは、お弁当を持参してくることが多く、自分のデスクでのんびり休憩しています。
仕事から離れて、同僚と美味しいグルメやスポーツの話題で盛り上がったり、出張の多い上司が美味しいお菓子を配ってくれたりと、和やかな雰囲気です。
【14:00】広告代理店と打ち合わせ
午後は、求人広告の改善のために広告代理店と打ち合わせ。
各部署から「こんな方に入社してもらいたい」といった、さまざまな要望が上がってくるので、アイダ設計必要としている方に届く、求人広告を作成することが課題です。
すでに行った施策や求人広告の効果を分析し、相談していきます。キャッチコピーを変えたり打ち出し方を工夫したりして、試行錯誤しながら進めています。
【16:00】新卒採用に関する業務の手伝い
この日は入社式の準備や面接など、新卒採用に関する業務も手伝いました。
人事課としては、新卒社員の方が入社してくる四月が、一年の中で最も気持ちが高まるタイミング。自分自身が入社してきたときのことを思い出して、もっと頑張ろうと思えます。
就活当時、社員の方が質問や相談に親身になって答えてくれたことで感じた「人柄の良さ」が、鈴木さんがアイダ設計に入社した決め手の一つ。だからこそ、面接では "最初に出会うアイダ設計の社員"として、よい雰囲気づくりを心がけています。
また鈴木さんは「よりよい住宅をより安く」という理念のもと、お客様ファーストで住宅をつくっているアイダ設計の思いに共感して入社しました。「お客様のことを最優先に考えた、家づくりに携わりたい」と考えている方にはピッタリの会社だと思います。
【18:00】明日の準備をして退勤
一日の業務を終える前に、明日やるべきことを明確にして、次の日も業務をスムーズに進められるよう準備をしておきます。
甘いものが好きなので、よく退勤後にコンビニでスイーツを買って帰ります。休日はショッピングを楽しんで、リフレッシュすることが多いです。
