【仕事内容詳細】
イチゴなどの果物用のプラスチックパックを
機械を使って製造します。
<お仕事の流れ>
①ホイストクレーンを追加って
金型や材料を機械にセット
②機械の操作
(製品の厚みや形に合わせて温度などを調整します)
③製品の検品
④製品の梱包
⑤フォークリフトで段ボールを運搬
※クレーンやリフトの免許をお持ちでない方は
入社後に会社の費用負担で取得いただけます
機械の調整は、先輩が行います。
まずは簡単な作業からお任せします。
将来的に温度や圧力の調整を行うオペレーターに
なれるように丁寧にお教えします。

先輩が一から丁寧にお教えしますので
不安なくスタートできます。
基本的にチームでの業務になりますので、
わからないことはチーム内で聞きやすい環境です
資格がなくても大丈夫
会社負担でクレーン・玉掛け・フォークリフト資格を
取得可能手に職つけたい方にピッタリです

プライベートや家庭も大切にしながら働ける環境です。
もちろん夏季・GW・年末年始などの長期休暇(約1週間)もあり

基本給:月給 21万円 〜 23万円
固定残業代:なし

- 基本給210,000円~230,000円
〇昇給あり:2,000円〜10,000円(前年度実績)
〇賞与あり:年2回(計2.40ヶ月分/前年度実績)
